The site of Epple's mixing station and the official location of Epple Printing Inks Inc. is in Lombard near Chicago. “We sell our inks from here using an extensive agents network which we are currently consistently expanding,” explains Benjamin Bornfleth, President of Epple Printing Inks Inc. and Regional Sales Manager North America.

The orders from the agents are taken in Lombard and mixed inks and special colours are produced. The range comprises of the full mix spectrum of conventional colours and of the entire UV spectrum. At the moment, Epple inks are being delivered to the surrounding areas of Chicago, to Illinois and to the neighbouring states. Wisconsin, Indiana and the New York and New Jersey region are also supplied. The rest of the USA and Canada can be similarly served.

Of course, service and delivery times have a huge significance in the USA. Special colours which are ordered before 12 noon can be despatched on the same day, express delivery is a given, if required, and additionally there are buffer stores for local agents.

“A highly motivated team has been recently put together in Lombard” , reports Benjamin Bornfleth. “The colleagues from the US are, without exception, experts from the printing trade who consult with their customers intensively and take care of order processing.” Daniel Emma from the Headquarters in Neusäß is part of the team and is responsible for Technical Support & Sales.
