Finishfit® OIL Gloss Perfecting 1188

Finishfit® OIL Gloss Perfecting 1188 is an universal oil-based varnish for processing in the printing unit, which can also be used for perfecting. It is suitable for absorbent substrates and achieves a glossy finish.

PROPERTIES

• Gloss ≈ 58 gloss point at 2 g/m² coating application (laboratory print)
• Cobalt-free
• Suitable for perfecting printing
• Very good film formation
• Very good rub resistance
• Excellent stacking behavior
• Slow setting
• Slow drying time
• Can be used wet in wet and wet on dry
• Problem-free processing with and without fountain solution
• Not suitable for use on food contact material (FCM) 

APPLICATION

• Always read the label and product information before use
• The properties depend on the substrate and application quantity
• Stir well before use
• Light use of an IR drier allows faster processing

• Cleanfit Roller Paste 2299
• Washfit Alll AF 2232
• Powderfit Medium 2135 or Powderfit Medium 2136 

STORAGE

• Protect from frost, heat and direct sun light
• Storage only in original packaging at 10 – 30 °C (50 – 86 °F)
• Unopened and correctly stored it has a shelf life of 24 months from delivery date
