Application

 

  • Blankets: Apply with a cloth or lint free wipe to the blanket. Allow a few seconds for wash to penetrate the ink film, then wipe over with a clean cloth or wipe. Finally rinse surface with clean water.
  • Rollers: Apply with a wash bottle and run into the roller train. Apply scraper blade to remove ink/wash mixture. Finally wash with clean water.
  • Automatic washing systems: Fill and adjust the automatic wash up system in accordance with the press manufacturer’s instructions. Ensure sufficient water is used in the wash up cycle to ensure complete removal of wash residues.
