Extrafit Wash Wateradditive 2319

Field of Application

Extrafit Wash Wateradditive 2319 reduces the surface tension of the water in automatic blanket washers. This serves to improve the wetting of the blankets to be washed and to facilitate the removal of paper dust. The addition of Extrafit Wash Wateradditive 2319 prevents the for-mation of droplets at spray nozzles of the washing system. This means there are no more drops on the blanket or printing plate when the press starts up.
The special formulation of Extrafit Wash Wateradditive 2319 prevents limescale formation in the water. There is therefore no blocking of the spray nozzles. Extrafit Wash Wateradditive 2319 reduces costs and prevents bacterial contamination. The product is corrosion inhibited

Application

The addition of Extrafit Wash Wateradditive 2319 depends on the respective system and the water hardness. The correct dosage must be determined. It is usually between 3 and 10%.
