As of now dua Druckfarben Produktions- und Vertriebsgesellschaft mbH, Wien, operates under the name Epple Druckfarben Österreich GmbH. The Austrian company distributes the complete product portfolio of printing inks and varnishes of the brand Epple.

In the wake of their realignment Epple Druckfarben AG, Neusaess, want to strengthen clearly their position also in the Austrian market. In the course of a change of name therefore the company name of the Austrian subsidiary was unified corresponding to the German parent company. As of now “dua Druckfarben Produktions- und Vertriebsgesellschaft mbH“, Wien, is „Epple Druckfarben Österreich GmbH“. Managing director Gunther Gerlach welcomes the step: ”The Austrian printing market and the customers now identify us precisely as their distribution partner for the high-quality printing inks and varnishes of Epple. For our customers there is no change except the name. Our proven team of the former dua consults in the usual competent way on all questions concerning ink systems and provides appropriate technical service”. The fast service also includes the prompt supply of the requested ink respectively varnish. Epple Druckfarben Österreich therefore uses an own mixing station for spot colours. Due to the quality-awareness and the innovative spirit of the Austrian sheetfed offset printers Epple also expects great interest in innovations such as the BoFood series for the migration harmless printing of outside and inside of packaging, future proof ink systems for commercial printing as well as UV-LE and UV-LED inks for low-energy technologies.
