„Smart Packaging – Design – Branding“: Packaging Summit 2019 in Munich

The smart, sustainable packaging printing is on the upswing. This also applies to the range of environmentally friendly printing inks. In this field, Epple is a leading player and presented its solutions to around 120 packaging specialists at the 2nd Packaging Summit 3 to 4 April 2019 in Munich. At the Epple booth, Helmut Fröhlich, Product Manager Packaging at Epple, shared his background knowledge: What potential do migration harmless inks offer in packaging printing, and what about BoFood Organic and the inside printing of packaging? Which sustainable inks are suitable for mass production of packaging or even for toy packaging? Epple also presented the PURe ink system at the Packaging Summit. The participants were able to take a close look at the packaging on the basis of print samples.
