Start of apprenticeship 2022: New trainees at Epple

On 1 September 2022, three young people started their careers at Epple Druckfarben AG in Neusäß. At the start of their apprenticeship, they met their future apprentice colleagues as well as the training team to get to know each other. In addition to three industrial clerks, three students started a practical training. In addition, there is one warehouse logistics specialist, one chemical laboratory assistant, three industrial clerks and one dual student in the second and third year of training. As every year, a welcome day was held for the new apprentices and interns. After being welcomed by the Executive Board and the head of training, they had the opportunity to get to know each other, their colleagues and the company better. After a joint breakfast, a company scavenger hunt took place, during which the junior staff members were given a task to solve in each department. The newest team members were supported and accompanied by the apprentices from the higher years of training. In this way, they were able to work on some topics independently and gain their first impressions of the company.
